Our Story
Blume grew out of a deeply personal season.
After the birth of their son, Blume’s founder Kimberly walked through a postpartum experience that was both physically and emotionally overwhelming. She searched for care that could understand her, but instead was met with dismissal and quick answers.
Blume was created to change that.
Blume Wellness is a space where:
People are listened to fully.
Growth is nurtured.
Healing is given time.
This is not just a clinic. It is care rooted in empathy, lived experience, and the belief that every person deserves room to Blume.
Our Founder
Blume Wellness was founded by Kimberly and her husband grounded in a shared belief that care should feel personal, thoughtful, and human. Their partnership brings together clinical expertise, lived experience, and a deep respect for the trust people place in those who support their health.
While Blume is shaped by both of them, the heart of patient care is led by Kimberly.
Kimberly Elliott Sadri
MSN, AGACNP - BC
Founder and Clinical Director of Blume Wellness
Kimberly Elliott Sadri is a board certified nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. Her clinical background includes cardiology and critical care, where she cared for patients with complex cardiovascular and acute conditions in hospital and procedural settings. This work built a strong foundation in evidence based medicine and thoughtful clinical decision making.
Over time, Kimberly shifted her focus toward helping patients achieve optimal wellness through hormone balance and personalized health strategies. She recognized how deeply hormones, stress, and lifestyle influence energy, clarity, and long term health. This understanding became the foundation of The Blume Method, which blends advanced medical training with a holistic view of the body to support balance and vitality at every stage of life.
Kimberly was born and raised in the Lowcountry of South Carolina and now lives in Greenville with her husband and young son. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, hiking, painting, yoga, and spending time outdoors with her family. She and her family love being part of the Greenville community and value the relationships and sense of connection they have built here.
Blume Wellness reflects Kimberly’s philosophy of care. Life is not about perfection, but about growth, balance, and blooming into the best version of yourself in the season you are in. Her goal is to partner with each patient through care that is clear, supportive, and rooted in both science and compassion.
We offer care that is deeply personal, patient, and rooted in understanding. We help women and men reconnect with their bodies, and move through each season of change with confidence. We take time. We listen. We honor the full story behind every symptom. Our care is human, our treatment is research-driven, and the space we create is safe and supportive of real healing.
We are here to help you feel not just better, but to Blume.
