What can I expect at the first appointment?
This is a one hour session to work through current symptoms, goals, and review medical history.
Your membership is an ongoing partnership. It begins with a full initial appointment and lab work. From there, we create a personalized care plan and stay connected through regular follow-ups and communication. Your care will evolve with you over time, so you always feel supported and guided.
How do memberships work?
We are a cash based practice, which allows us to provide personalized, unrushed care without insurance limitations. Services can be paid by ACH withdrawal or credit card. We provide a superbill for HSA or FSA reimbursement when eligible and are actively working toward full HSA and FSA compatibility.
How do I pay for services?
Do I have to take HRT in this program?
No. Hormone therapy is always optional. If it is safe and appropriate, we may discuss it as one supportive option. We also offer non-hormonal approaches, supplements, lifestyle guidance, and education for those who prefer alternatives.
What can I expect at the first appointment?

Do you work with both women and men?
Yes. We support women and men experiencing shifts in energy, mood, sleep, sexual wellness, or overall balance. Care is tailored to your needs and your goals.
We use evidence-based lab testing to understand how your body is functioning and where support is needed. Every result is explained in clear language so you know what it means and why it matters.

Can I attend an event or learn more before joining?
Yes. We host community education sessions and small group conversations to help you learn more about hormone health and wellness. You are welcome to join and ask questions.
