• A self-starter who takes initiative and ownership

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Experienced with EHR documentation and patient records

• Comfortable with labs, lab collection, and processing

• Experienced assisting with in-office procedures

• Confident with patient communication and clinical workflows

• Compassionate and passionate about providing exceptional patient care

• Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team member

• Excited to learn, grow, and contribute to a rapidly expanding wellness practice

Responsibilities Include:

• Patient triage and communication

• Lab collection and processing

• Assisting with in-office procedures

• EHR documentation and management

• Reviewing and managing patient messaging

• Supporting clinical workflows and day-to-day patient care

• Helping create a positive, professional, and personalized patient experience
